職務概要:
コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のマネージャーは、案件のオリジネーションとエグゼキューションの両面においてリーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクト全体のマネジメントを統括します。クライアントとの強固な関係を構築・維持しながら、事業開発、提案書作成、戦略的ディスカッションを主導します。また、成果物の品質管理を担い、メンバーの育成と指導を通じて円滑かつ効果的なプロジェクト遂行を支援します。
主な業務内容:
主体的に業務をマネジメントし、精度と納期の両立を図りながらプロジェクト全体の進捗を統括する
信頼関係を基盤としたクライアントとの強固な関係を維持し、意思決定やディスカッションを主導しつつ、案件創出活動や提案・プレゼン資料の準備を推進する
シニアアソシエイトおよびジュニアメンバーの育成・指導を担い、高品質な成果物の提供とチーム全体のパフォーマンス向上に寄与する
必要なスキル・資質:
M&Aアドバイザリー、バリュエーションを含む財務アドバイザリー業務における経験と専門知識

ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻
コーポレート・ファイナンス、財務分析、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)の高度なスキル
日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと

Role Overview:
The Corporate Finance Manager provides leadership in both origination and execution, overseeing overall project management. The CF Manager builds and maintains strong client relationships while leading business development, proposal preparation, and strategic discussions.
In addition, the role ensures quality control of deliverables and supports smooth and effective project execution through the development and mentoring of team members.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage operations, accurately leading overall project progress while balancing precision and deadlines.
Maintains a strong grip on clients by building and sustaining trust, leading project decision-making and discussions, and driving deal origination activities as well as proposal and presentation preparation.
Responsible for the development and mentoring of Senior Associates and junior members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs and improving overall team performance.
Skills / Competencies:
Experience and expertise in financial advisory services, including M&A advisory and valuation. Certain industry knowledge and experience are desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A Process, valuation, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Desirable skills (English)
Certification - TOEIC (700 and above)
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
Work Experience:
5–7 years of relevant work experience (e.g. Financial Advisory).
A proven track record of leading teams, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is required.
