職務概要:
コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のアナリストは、シニアメンバーの指導のもと、市場調査、財務・戦略分析、クライアント向け資料の作成を通じて、プロジェクトの遂行を支援します。
主な業務内容:
シニアメンバーの指示に基づき、正確に業務を遂行する
実務経験を通じて、専門的な知識とスキルを習得する
効果的なコミュニケーションを通じ、円滑なチーム連携を支援する
必要なスキル・資質:
ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻
コーポレート・ファイナンス、財務分析、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)のスキル
日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと

Role Overview:
The Analyst, Corporate Finance role supports the team's project execution by conducting market research, performing financial and strategic analyses, and preparing client materials under the guidance of senior members.
Responsibilities:
Accurately carry out tasks as instructed by senior team members.
Gain practical experience and specialized knowledge through on-the-job learning.
Communicate effectively to support smooth team collaboration.
Skills / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A process, valuation, Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Desirable skills (English)
Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
