Provide end-to-end insights on Area business performance versus budget, forecast, and market trends. This role orchestrates the Rhythm of the Business (RoB), ensuring alignment on budgets, forecasts, and executive summaries.
Drive forward-looking conversations across Finance, Go-To-Market teams, and business leaders with strong executive communication to deliver actionable insights and execution.

Prioritize
Lead the Rhythm of the Business (ROB): forecasting, QBC preparation, and centralized budgeting.
Translate top-down targets into accountable budgets; develop and review financial models.
Maintain a holistic view of budgets and forecasts; challenge assumptions where needed.
Deliver actionable insights to support commercial goals and resolve complex issues.
Simplify processes using AI and standard frameworks; actively engage in global finance communities.
Partnership
Apply Modern BI and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business dialogue.
Translate complex data into forward-looking narratives and actionable plans.
Collaborate on automation and leverage advanced technology for deeper analysis.
Provide clear, compelling performance narratives for executive reviews.
Develop strategies to mitigate macroeconomic and geopolitical risks; offer solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Protect
Monitor and maintain robust accounting policies, controls, and compliance processes.
Ensure accurate financial infrastructure for statutory, regulatory, and non-financial reporting.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
Japanese business language preferred
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
