Do you want to take ownership of finance and controlling in a fast-growing sports technology company? We are looking for a
Finance Manager
to join Trackman Japan and play a key role in driving financial performance, efficiency, and transparency.
Operational Finance
- Lead monthly closings and reporting.
- Manage salary, commission, and bonus payments.
- Handle payments, income, and outgoing transactions.
- Support HR-related financial processes
- Drive controlling and cost optimization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Finance and Business Operations Manager for accounting processes
- Professionalize company performance analysis to ensure clear P&L overview, actionable insights, and fact-based decision making.
- Develop and manage revenue and cost budgets, including budget landing analysis
- Oversee and control third-party installation costs
- Optimize and control expenses such as travel & entertainment, overtime, and company meeting costs.
Job requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong accounting and finance background with proven experience in controlling.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to connect financial data to business performance.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to streamline processes for efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
