職務概要:
コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のシニアアソシエイトは、案件の遂行およびオリジネーション活動の両面で積極的に関与し、市場・財務分析の主導、クライアント資料の作成・レビュー、独立したプロジェクト調整業務を担います。また、ジュニアメンバーの指導を通じてプロジェクトの円滑な遂行を支援し、クライアントとの直接的なコミュニケーションも行います。
主な業務内容:
- シニアメンバーの指導のもと主体的に業務をマネジメントし、正確かつ期限内に遂行しつつチームと協働する
- 提案書やクライアント向けプレゼン資料の作成を主導し、案件のオリジネーション活動を推進する
- バリュエーションモデルを構築・レビューし、契約条件や主要な財務数値を分析してプロジェクトのディスカッションに積極的に参加する
- ジュニアメンバーを指導し、高品質な成果物の提供を確実にする
必要なスキル・資質:
- ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻
- コーポレート・ファイナンス、財務分析、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)の高度なスキル
- 日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
- 日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
- 歓迎スキル: 英語
職務経験:
- 3〜5年程度の関連業務経験(例: ファイナンシャル・アドバイザリー等)
- 財務アドバイザリー領域において十分な専門性を有し、自律的に業務を遂行するとともに、戦略案件やクライアント対応に積極的に貢献できること

Job Title
: Senior Associate, Corporate Finance, Japan
Role Overview:
The Senior Associate, Corporate Finance position is actively involved in both execution and origination by leading market and financial analyses, preparing and reviewing client materials, and independently managing project coordination tasks. The role supports smooth project delivery by mentoring junior members and communicating directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage tasks under the guidance of senior members, ensuring accurate and timely completion while collaborating with team members.
- Leads the preparation of proposals and client presentations to drive deal origination activities.
- Builds and reviews valuation models, analyze contract terms and key financial matters, and actively participate in project discussions.
- Mentors junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
Skills / Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A process, valuation, Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
- Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. Financial Advisory).
- The candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in FA, with the ability to work independently and actively contribute to strategic projects and client engagements.
