【職務概要」
シニアアカウントエグゼクティブは、Equinixのソリューションをミッドマーケットの新規顧客に販売し、既存顧客のビジネス拡大を担当します。コーポレートセールスチームにおいて、リードまたは専門知識を持つメンバーとして、ジュニアメンバーをサポートします。顧客とのやり取りは主に電話やメールで行い、必要に応じてローカルアカウントへの出張があります。

【主な職務内容】
顧客関係の構築

  • 担当する顧客・見込み顧客の主要な意思決定者との関係を構築・維持
  • 顧客課題の迅速な解決を促進
  • 四半期ごとのビジネスレビューやエグゼクティブブリーフィングの実施

社内外パートナーとの連携

  • セールスエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、カスタマーケア、営業オペレーションなどの社内チームや、リセラー、戦略的アライアンスなどの外部パートナーと連携し、統合的な営業活動を推進
  • 戦略的パートナーやリセラーとのネットワークを活用し、アカウントへの浸透を図る
  • 顧客のビジネスドライバーを理解し、パートナーを活用して新規開拓を推進

アカウントプランニング

  • 顧客のビジネスや組織構造を調査し、詳細な理解を文書化
  • アカウント維持・拡大に向けたプランを策定
  • グローバルチームと連携したアカウント戦略の推進

ソリューション営業

  • 顧客のビジネス課題や技術要件を把握し、Equinixのソリューションを提案
  • セールスエンジニアと連携しながら提案を実施し、顧客ニーズに合わせてプレゼンを調整
  • Equinixのグローバルサービスを含む全製品群を販売
  • 外部パートナーを活用し、新規領域でのソリューション開発を推進

契約更新

  • 解約リスクの高い顧客に対し、社内外のリソースを活用して対応
  • 契約更新や交渉を円滑に進め、収益を保護
  • 契約条件や更新期間を把握し、適切な対応を実施

パイプライン管理

  • Salesforce(SFDC)で案件状況を管理し、正確な予測を実施
  • 解約リスクのあるアカウントや契約満了案件を特定

テリトリープランニング

  • 短期・長期の営業目標達成に向け、優先度の高いアカウントを選定し、正確な予測を提供

プロスペクティング(新規開拓)

  • リード獲得・案件化戦略をオポチュニティ開発チームと連携
  • 高い成約可能性のある見込み顧客を追求し、パイプラインを拡充
  • グローバルプラットフォームの販売や海外展開を推進

交渉

  • 商業条件や契約交渉をリードし、最適な条件を獲得
  • 商業的なレバーを理解し、最適な契約構造を提案

チームリード

  • ジュニアメンバーへの指導や専門知識の提供
  • 必要に応じて新メンバーのオンボーディングやトレーニングを支援

【応募資格】

  • 学士号取得、または同等の実務経験
  • 関連業務経験5年以上(特に新規開拓の実績と意欲)
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 読み書き以上の英語力(業務を通して伸ばしていきたい意欲)
