Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with working in advertising business, marketing, consulting, media or working with advertising agencies or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context with the ability to achieve quotas to promote growth.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics across all digital advertising products.
- Ability to assess and solve client needs by business techniques, including questioning, managing issues and engaging promotions.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent leadership skills and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.

- Prioritize and deliver quality customer experience to Google's advertisers.

- Generate plans by collaborating with specialists, engineers, and product teams, and define business goals, strategies, and metrics for success.
