・制度:人事制度の立案と運用構築
・文化:MVVの見直しと浸透施策の検討/全社イベント設計及び実行
・育成:ミドル層強化施策の検討/人材育成議論の全体PM/オンボーディング施策の検討
・評価:評価制度の設計及び実行/各事業の評価会議取りまとめ/全社取りまとめ
※まずは人事部長と共に、全社人事基盤を創り上げる位置付けを想定しております。

・人事制度の設計や文化形成などを上流から下流まで担当された経験
【給与】
年収:600万~800万程度
月給制:月額500000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:業績に応じた決算賞与あり
昇給:年2回
