Job Title: Global Selling Sr. Product Manager in JP
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious leader to lead Global Selling product development for Marketplace in Japan.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product vision, product development planning, and management of product roadmap for programs that drive our Seller Business. This role requires innovative thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Envision the product direction to reduce OOC to Japan Seller launch disparity compared to the United States.
- Influence global technology roadmaps to prioritize Japan product requests.
- Drive automation and scalability through technological solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure effective execution and drive product adoption.
- Establish robust tracking and review mechanisms to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Finance partners to provide financial analysis and assessment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing seller recruitment products and funnel metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
