Job Description: Develop and manage Rakuten Ichiba's advertising products, utilizing ad technology and vast data to create unique and strong advertising products. Lead product development, customer sales, and customer satisfaction. Promote product development through strategy formulation and requirements definition. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project progress and launch new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product development that leads to customer sales/profits and customer satisfaction
  • Promote product development that leads to sales/profits and customer satisfaction
  • Strategy formulation and requirements definition for products based on product-out thinking and market-in needs
  • Project progress in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including engineering organizations, creative organizations, governance organizations, etc.
  • Launch of new products

Work Environment: Approximately 20 people per section, with a diverse and inclusive environment where people can play an active role regardless of gender or age.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or planning in the IT industry, or equivalent skills
  • Able to proactively tackle issues
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Able to respond flexibly to changes in the direction of the company and changes in the external environment
  • Able to do logical thinking
  • Experience of team management, more than 5 members

Desired Qualifications:
  • Direction and project management experience in development projects
  • SNS operation experience
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Have experience managing PL

English Qualification: TOEIC score of 800 or higher (or proof of equivalent English proficiency, or proof of a graduate degree or higher from an English-speaking university)
