About the Position
We are seeking a Performance Agency Sales Partner to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Japan. This role will play a critical part in scaling Advertising agency business in the Japan market, defining vertical sales strategy and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, develop long-term account plans, and educate clients on our products and solutions.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic client engagement.
- Create compelling sales propositions using consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement best practices for client servicing, including relationship management, product education, and enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, drive test and learn strategies, and develop scalable advertising solutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in business English due to cross-functional meetings with other regions.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders to drive business goals and deliver results.
- Ability to take proactive action, communicate, and collaborate.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to improve business performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or in agency-facing sales or in an advertiser's advertising department.
