DESCRIPTION

Summary: Analyze sales and field activity data to inform business strategy and drive growth in cardiovascular disease treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track sales and field activity performance.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to improve data collection and analysis.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to drive business growth and improve operations.
• Address additional business requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Experience developing visual dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Compliance with company rules and regulations, including pandemic response and environmental safety protocols.
• Experience in business intelligence consulting and marketing analysis.
• Experience aggregating, analyzing, and presenting data to inform business decisions.
• Experience creating engaging dashboards and databases.
• Experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• English language skills at a daily conversation level.
