Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Senior Key Account Manager to develop our Tier I Selling Partners and to help rapidly grow our Softlines business area.

The Snr. Key Account Manager is responsible for working with a group of Large Enterprise Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon's JP Marketplace, offering support on launching on new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing.

This is an opportunity to shape a key growth program in Amazon's JP marketplace.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders, have strong sales and/or marketing skills, track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, make right hire decisions, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the fast growing stage of Softlines business.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize product page views and conversion rates
  • Optimize product page composition and propose various advertising strategies
  • Support time-sensitive sales and improve delivery quality through consultation
  • Develop and implement processes, tools, and content for the new service

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • 5+ years of account or relationship management experience

  • MBA
