【仕事内容】

・プルデンシャル・グループを中心とした保険会社直請け案件80%/日本アイ・ビー・エム等との協働案件20%

・設計以上から手掛ける案件100%(要件定義から手掛ける案件も多数)

・自社内開発多数

・数年がかりの超巨大直請けプロジェクトに要件定義から入るチャンスもあり

・Java、C#などによるWebアプリ開発の仕事がメインですが、AWSやDWH関連の案件も急増中(これから挑戦したい方も歓迎)

・チーム配属100%(10~20名程度のチーム体制がメイン)

【具体的内は】

生保・損保向けシステム開発プロジェクト(顧客管理システム・営業支援システム・契約管理システム)においてチームを束ねるリーダーの役割をお任せします。超上流工程に関わるリーダーとしてマネジメント能力の習得が可能です。

・生損保システム社員との距離が近く、直接ヒアリングしながら超上流工程から担当することが可能です。

・実際の開発業務に関しては、当社社員、パートナー会社をマネジメントしながら行います。お客様への提案・折衝等含み、様々なマネジメント経験を積むことができます。

【業務の特徴】

・ライアントからのダイレクト案件を担当するので、 超上流工程の担当が可能。保険事業会社のユーザー部門やIT部門と打ち合わせをしながらシステムを開発。

・実際の開発業務に関しては、パートナー会社をマネジメントしながら行います。同社社員250名に対し700名のパートナーがいるため、ご希望・適性に応じながらマネジメント経験を積むことができます。

・オープン系システム開発経験

・リーダー・サブリーダー経験

・Java、C++、C#、Python、PHP、Ruby、JavaScript

(Django、Laravel、React、Angular、、、Ruby on Rails)

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
