主な職務/ Job Responsibility

P&C Service Managerの主な職務は、Compensation & Benefit及びEmployee Relationに関する管理及びプロセスの改善になります。

Compensation & Benefit

  • 月次給与/給与改定(エキスパット含む)

  • 給与ベンダーの管理

必要資格等/ Eligibility
業界のこだわり/Industry-自動車業界経験者 尚可/experience in the auto industry is preferable

  • 10年以上のHR幅広い分野での知識、経験。
  • 国内労働法、安全衛生法、衛生管理者資格歓迎

言語/ Language - 日本語ネイティブ+英語ビジネスレベル(TOEIC 700点相当以上)/ Native Japanese + Business English (TOEIC 700 over)

転職回数/ Number of job changes - 4、5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4-5 years

外国人雇用/ Foreign Employment: 配偶者ビザ、永住権、技人国 もしくは 特定技能1号以上/ Permanent, Spause, Gijinkoku Visa, or Skilled Workers

1次選考/1st round: BP Manager (対面/ F2F)

2次選考/ 2nd round:P&C Director and Managing Director

  • 1次面接後、WEBテスト有 / web test after interview
  • 紹介時必要な資料・情報/ Materials and information required - 日英両CV, / Japanese-English CV
  • 可能な限り、F2Fで1,2次は実施。勤務予定地で実施/ From 1st round interview as much as possible in work location
  • Offerに至った場合、他の候補者との関係上Offer後3日以内のお返事を原則とする。/ If an offer is made, we will respond to the offer within 3 days of the offer in principle due to the relationship with other candidates.
