【P2C(Person to Consumer)とは?】

インフルエンサーやクリエイター個人が、自身の世界観や感性を活かして企画・開発した商品を、ECサイト等を通じて直接ファン(消費者)に届けるビジネスモデルです。私たちは、このP2C事業のプロフェッショナルとして、ブランドの企画開発からEC展開、マーケティングまでを一気通貫で手掛けています。

お任せするのは、このP2Cグッズ・ブランドストアの「EC運営・マーケティング」です。

日々のEC運営業務を安定的に回しながら、マーケティング施策を通じてグッズ・ブランドの売上拡大とファン層の拡大に貢献していただきます。

単なる運営オペレーターではなく、データに基づいた改善提案や施策立案にも挑戦できるポジションです。

グッズ・ブランドの世界観を大切にしつつ、事業成長を支える実務を幅広く担っていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • EC運営

・商品登録、在庫・価格設定、コレクション管理

・キャンペーン・セール時の設定、ページ更新

・データ分析からのUI・UX改善や特集ページ作成

・MD・物流・CSチームとの連携による各種販売対応

  • マーケティング施策の実行

・SNS運用(Instagram、Xなど)の企画・投稿

・メルマガやLINE配信の企画・作成・分析

・広告運用やプロモーション施策の実施

  • 分析と改善

・売上・セッション・CVRなどのデータ集計とレポート作成

・KPIに基づいた課題発見と改善アクションの実行

・競合リサーチや市場動向調査を踏まえた施策提案

資格


必須スキル・経験

以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・ECサイトの運営経験(商品登録、在庫管理、キャンペーン設定など/1年以上)

・SNS、メルマガ、広告などを活用したマーケティング施策の実務経験

・Excel/Googleスプレッドシートを用いたデータ集計・レポート作成スキル

歓迎スキル・経験

・ShopifyやBASEなどのECプラットフォーム運用経験

・デジタル広告やSNSキャンペーンの企画・運用経験

・クリエイターやインフルエンサーとのコラボ企画経験

・販売データの分析に基づく改善提案・施策立案の経験

・アパレル、コスメ、ライフスタイル商材などのブランド運営経験

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

10時~19時

※休憩1時間

完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜)、祝日、

夏季休暇(7月1日~10月31日までの期間に3日間)、

給与


年俸制 500万円~800万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1年あたり130万1628円~208万1976円(固定残業時間:540時間)

固定残業時間を超える勤務については残業代の支給なし

固定残業代を支給しない理由:みなし労働時間制のため

交通費:交通費支給

通勤手当全額支給(当社規定に準ずる)

※交通費は別途支給(上限50,000円)

給与例


想定給与

月給41.7万円~66.7万円

※経験・年齢・能力を考慮の上、決定します

※45時間超過分は別途支給いたします

※時間外労働の割増賃金は法定通りの率で支給します。
