【Job Description】

AXA Japan P&C is a leading insurance provider, committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers. Our core system, based on Guidewire Insurance Suite solution, is integral to our operations and service delivery.

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our core system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

As the Product Owner for our core system, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and representing the needs of the business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and drive the product roadmap.

This position will require but not be limited to the following tasks:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements

Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Communicate product vision and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the core system

Managing technical debt of the product

【Required Skills And Experiences 】

・Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role

・In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite or similar insurance core systems

・Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices

・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

・Analytical mindset with a focus on driving business value

・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English

・Understanding of the automobile insurance business domain

9:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)
