【職務内容/ Job Description】
■Job purpose
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our Data Modeling and Analytics initiatives, focusing on hands-on development (80%), research & innovation (10%), and technical leadership (10%).
You will drive the implementation of Data Vault models and automated transformation pipelines while mentoring team members and collaborating with Data Modelers and Data Analysts to ensure alignment with analytical requirements.
You will serve as a bridge between data modeling, analytics development, and technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of state-of-the-art data products while maintaining high standards of data quality, data privacy handling, respect of industry standard, efficiency, and maintainability.
You will play a crucial role in delivering business-focused solutions within defined timelines and constraints, managing complex dependencies across multiple stakeholder group including orchestrating technical delivery while considering business priorities and deadlines, managing cross-team dependencies and technical constraints to ensure successful project completion, and balancing innovation with practical delivery needs and time-to-market requirements.
■Technical Development (80%)Design and implement scalable data transformation workflows using DBT (Data Build Tool) and modern data modeling patterns.
Lead the development of Data Vault models and silver layer core data products that dimensional modeling gold layer analytical requirements can leverage.
Architect and implement automated data transformation pipelines that handle large-scale data processing efficiently.Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform to execute version-controlled CI/CD/CO pipelines.
Implement comprehensive testing and validation frameworks for data quality assurance.
Create deployment pipelines following segregation of duties principles.
Coordinate with Ops team for pre-production and production deployments
■Research & Innovation (10%)
Conduct research on emerging technologies and architectural patterns in the analytics engineering space.
Evaluate and prototype new tooling that supports data modeling effort scalability.
Present technical proposals and PoCs to technical leadership.
Author technical documentation and design proposals for data modeling improvements.
Investigate automation tools that can streamline the Data Vault implementation process.
■Technical Leadership (10%)
Provide technical mentorship to team members and review critical code contributions.
Lead technical design discussions and architecture review sessions.
Collaborate with Data Modelers and Data Analysts to align data modeling with available sources and business requirements.
Share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and technical presentations.

■Requirements (1): Technical skills, Job experiences
Master's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or equivalent.
Expert-level knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling
Deep expertise in Data Vault methodology and dimensional modeling
Strong proficiency in SQL and Data Warehouse development (Databricks preferred, Snowflake, Big Query)
Expert-level experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Extensive experience with data pipeline orchestration tools
Strong background in version control system (Github and AWS Code Commit preferred) and CI/CD/CO practices.
Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives

午前9時・午後5時を基本とし、労働者の決定に委ねる。

正午から午後1時までの1時間を基本とし、始業・終業時刻の途中に労働者の決定により取得するものとする。
