募集職種
Senior Data Analytics Specialistは、RocketNowの配送オペレーションをデータドリブンで最適化する重要な役割です。膨大な配送データを分析し、インサイトを抽出、意思決定を支援することで、サービスの品質・効率・スケーラビリティを向上させます。SQLやBIツールを駆使し、経営層やクロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら、成長を加速させるポジションです.
主な業務内容
配送オペレーションに関するデータ分析、KPIモニタリング、改善提案
SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工、BIツールによる可視化(Tableauなど)
データに基づくインセンティブ設計やパフォーマンス改善施策のサポート
オペレーション課題の特定、根本原因分析、改善策の策定
経営層・営業・HQ物流チームとのクロスファンクショナルな連携
データ品質の維持・改善、レポーティングプロセスの標準化
応募資格
基本資格
データ分析、オペレーション分析、ビジネスインテリジェンス領域での 5~9年の実務経験
SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工の実務経験
Tableau、Power BIなどのBIツールを用いたダッシュボード構築・データ可視化スキル
データからインサイトを導き、ビジネス課題解決に活かす分析力
ビジネスレベルの英語必須、日本語または韓国語があれば尚可
歓迎資格
フードデリバリー、ライドシェア、ギグエコノミー関連サービスでの分析経験
スタートアップや急成長企業での勤務経験
PythonやRを用いたデータ分析スキル
統計モデリングや予測分析の知識
