社内に存在するあらゆるデータに対して、ステークホルダと調整し、データを活用出来る形に整えていく。
これらのデータのサイロ化を防ぎ、データの活用を活性化するための環境を提供します。
■どういう使命や課題に取り組むのか
国内外問わず、グローバルのデータマネジメント施策を立案、実行する
アナリスト、及びデータを活用するステークホルダが必要とするデータに対して、要件を整理し、要件に基づいたデータを提供するためのフローを運用する
ステークホルダが求めるビジネス要件と社内のデータポリシーに基づき、それぞれのトレードオフを考慮した上で最適なデータを提供する
■どういう業務に取り組むのか
アナリティクスエンジニアは、社内のステークホルダに対して、自ら積極的にコミュニケーションをし、データを利活用するための基盤作りに務めていただきます。
具体的には以下のような業務が該当します。
データの提供元の部門のビジネス・データ要件に基づき、ドメイン知識を深める
データサイジング・コストを考慮しつつ、各ステークホルダが継続的かつ効率的にデータへアプローチできる環境を整備する
提供されるデータを対象にデータモデリングを行い、データ品質とセキュリティレベルに応じたデータマートを提供する
データガバナンスのプロセスに基づき、分析基盤の提供するデータを管理、運用する
分析基盤が提供するデータに付与される各種メタデータを管理する
各ステークホルダのビジネス要件に基づき、アナリスト、データエンジニアとともにダッシュボードを整備、運用する
データ分析基盤を提供する各ステークホルダに対して、教育プログラムを作成し、データ利活用を促進するサポートを実施する
上記に関わる業務において発生するドキュメントを執筆する
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・3年以上、データアナリスト、あるいはデータエンジニアとしての業務経験がある
・2年以上、SQLを用いてダッシュボードやデータマートを設計、運用した経験がある
・何らかのプログラミング言語を使用して、社内外問わずステークホルダに対して成果物を提供した経験がある
