【業務内容】
このポジションでは、Platform Engineeringのプラクティスに基づき、MiiTelの開発者がより生産的に働ける環境を作り上げることができます。他チームに対して社内プロダクトを提供し、インフラの運用改善、OpenSearchの管理、SREの推進といった多岐にわたる業務を担当します。
あなたの手でEKS/ECSの運用改善やCICDの最適化、Observabilityの推進を実現することで、開発プロセス全体の効率化と品質向上に貢献することができます。自分が作り上げたシステムやプロセスが、社内のエンジニアリング全体にどのような影響を与えるのかを直接感じることができ、その結果として得られる達成感は他では味わえません。

【やりがい】
Platform Engineeringのプラクティスに則り、MiiTel のプロダクトを担当する各開発者がより生産的に働けるように、他チームに対して社内プロダクトを提供します。現在の担当範囲は、MiiTel のインフラの運用改善と管理、OpenSearchの運用改善と管理、MiiTelのSREの推進です。その他にも EKS / ECS まわりの運用改善と管理、CICD の改善、Observabilityの推進などを計画しています。

【必須要件】
AWS などのパブリッククラウドでの開発経験
3年以上の Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) の経験
2年以上の Kubernetes の運用実績
高可用性システム、ハイパフォーマンスシステムの構築と運用の経験
5年以上のエンジニアとしての経験 (e.g. Python, Go)
【歓迎要件】
RESTful APIs を使った開発経験
Observability関連の経験 (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic stack)
CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, AWS Code Deploy, Argo CD) の構築、運用および改善の経験

※時間外手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給します。なお、45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給します。
