中央東京に位置する当ホテルでは、会議・イベントを円滑に実施するための会議・イベントマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションは、ブランドアンバサダーとして活躍し、社内チームと連携して卓越した体験を提供する機会です。


仕事内容:
会議・イベントの企画・調整
顧客とのイベント計画の一次窓口
週次のバンケット・会議の打ち合わせを主催
AV機器サプライヤーとの調整
イベント後の正確な請求書発行と顧客確認
顧客と相談し、イベント要素の最適化
顧客へのフィードバック収集と次回機会のフォローアップ

  • Plan and coordinate hotel events and conferences
  • Act as primary contact for event planning with clients
  • Facilitate weekly banquet and conference meetings
  • Coordinate with AV suppliers for event service delivery
  • Ensure accurate billing and confirm with clients postevent
  • Consult with clients to optimize event elements
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and future opportunities

応募資格:
日本語での読み書き・会話ができる方
イベント企画・管理の経験
社内外のチームとの強力な調整スキル
AV機器の調整経験
ホスピタリティ業界の基準に関する知識

  • Japanese language proficiency (writing and speaking) is essential
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Strong coordination skills with internal and external teams
  • Experience with AV equipment coordination
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
