【仕事内容】
日本市場におけるデジタルおよびEコマース領域の成長を牽引し、D2C EC、外部マーケットプレイス、デリバリーアプリを含むデジタルエコシステム全体を統括していただきます。
- SEO、デジタル広告(Meta、Google、Yahoo等)を含むデジタルマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
- デジタル投資のモニタリングおよびROI最適化によるトラフィック/顧客獲得の最大化
- テスト設計(クリエイティブ、オーディエンス、セグメンテーション)と分析による改善推進
- 顧客ジャーニー分析に基づくCRM戦略の策定・実行(オンライン/オフライン横断)
- クロスチャネル施策を含むデジタル/CRM施策の実行による売上・エンゲージメント向上
- 新規マーケットプレイス立ち上げおよび運用リード
- チームメンバーのマネジメントおよび育成
- 社内関係部署と連携したキャンペーン設計・実行
- EC/デジタル市場および競合動向の継続的なリサーチ

【応募資格】
- デジタルマーケティング/CRM領域での実務経験3〜6年
- ピープルマネジメント経験2〜3年
- リテール/Eコマース領域でのデジタル施策設計・実行経験
- 高い分析力およびプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
- 英語:ビジネスレベル(会話・読み書き)
