職務内容:
- ビジネス部門から要件を収集します。または、日常業務におけるビジネスニーズを理解します。
- それらを文書化し、開発者または他のITメンバーに説明して実行します。
- チーム間のディスカッションや定期的なアジャイルイベントに参加します。
- ビジネス部門は日本語を話し、バイリンガルはほとんどいません。しかし、ITチームは主に英語を話し、場合によってはバイリンガルです。
- ソリューションフレームワークの概念化とビジネス仕様書の作成。承認が必要な文書のレビュー会議の設定。
- 提案された要件に関する知識の開発チームへの伝達。
- ビジネス部門とテクノロジー部門間の連携により、包括的なビジネスソリューションの実装を確実にする。
- 日次、週次、月次、その他の定期的な業務のサポート。
応募資格:
- 保険分野のBA(ビジネス・アーキテクト)資格を有し、要件収集、開発チームとのシステム実装調整において4~8年の経験を有すること。
- JIRAなどのチケットツールの使用経験があること。
- 日本語で要件定義を行い、開発チームに必要な理解度に基づいたドキュメントを作成できること。
- アプリケーション設計と保険情報アーキテクチャに関する知識があれば尚可。
- JIRA、Confluenceなどのツールの使用経験があれば尚可。
- UML、ビジネスプロセスモデリングに関する知識があれば尚可。
語学力:流暢な日本語(N1)およびビジネスレベルの英語
