◆職務内容
20~25店の当社登録代理店を担当し、主に訪問により教育・育成・管理する業務
1 代理店個別にコンサルティングの実施
(代理店の経営・販売の態勢作りに関する代理店主に対するサポート)
2 代理店主や募集人を集めての集合研修の実施
(保険商品・販売手法・業界情報・コンプライアンス・その他周辺知識等)
3 代理店募集人に対する個別指導の実施
(保険商品・販売手法・営業事務・コンプライアンス等)
4 新規代理店見込の獲得と登録
◆必要業務経験
【Must要件としての業務経験】
1 大卒以上の方
2 営業経験者(B to B、B to Cでの営業経験がある方)※経験年数問わず
【Want要件としてあると尚良い業務経験】
1保険・証券・銀行等 金融機関の営業経験者
◆必要スキル
【Must要件としてのスキル】
1 コミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
2 自走して物事を進めることができる方
3 行動力がある方
- 顧客視点を持った考え方ができる方

雇用形態: 正社員
勤務時間: 9時~17時(休憩1時間)
給与: 経験・能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
その他待遇: 交通費全額支給、各種社会保険完備、退職金制度
