Responsibilities:
– 月次・四半期・年度決算業務及び親会社への報告
– 税務関連業務
– 監査対応業務(内部統制・会計処理の改善対応含む)
– 新しいビジネスに関するプロセス構築・会計処理の検討
– 売掛金管理、固定資産管理、その他経理関連実務業務
– 会計システムトラブルシューティングおよび改修に関するIT部門との協議
– 関連部署と協議を行いながら新しいプロセスの構築や会計処理の検討
– 事業部門のFinancial Directorと会計処理や予算に関するコミュニケーション
– 親会社Finance部門へのレポーティング業務や、質問対応等
– 内部監査部門や外部監査人、親会社監査部門による監査への対応
– グローバルFinanceチームと連携し課題解決のための現状分析や最適な改善方法の検討
– その他、必要に応じて関連する部署とのコミュニケーション、業務の取りまとめ
Qualifications:
– 事業会社での最低10年以上の経理・財務の経験をお持ちの方(適用基準はIFRS、日本基準)
– 会計システムを使っての会計処理経験
– 新たなものに積極的にチャレンジする意欲があり、自ら動くことができる方
– 既存のものにとらわれず、様々な観点から物事を考えることができる方
– チームワーカーであり、協調性がある方。チームで目標を達成するパーソナリティのある方
– ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書きができれば可)
Welcome skills and experience:
– 公認会計士・税理士・USCPA資格保有者歓迎
– SAP若しくはOracleの基幹ERPシステムでの会計処理経験や周辺システムの経験
– 直近での英語を使用しての業務経験
– 会計システム導入やプロセス改善などのプロジェクト経験
Salary:
Company will consider candidates up to 12M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
