Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an HR Operations / Core Delivery Specialist to independently manage routine HR operations while providing specialized support across multiple COE functions. This role will enable HR Business Partners to focus more strategically on business partnership while ensuring operational excellence in HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage all C&B Operations
- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment together with HR BPs
- Talent Development: Help lead talent development programs together with HR BPs
- HR Operations: Manage all daily HR Operations
- Process Improvement: Consistently help to level up processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery models
- Experience with HR systems and digital tools
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
- Business level English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Welcome

- Background in medical devices or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 9M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
