人事チームにおいて、当社のミッションである「We believe in Music」の実現に向けて、社員が情熱的に仕事をしながら達成感、楽しさ、そして成長を感じられる会社になることを目指しています。本ポジションについては、優秀人材の確保、社員が最大限活躍出来るサポートが出来るよう、人事制度・労務・給与等のHR Operationsの企画/立案/運用を担っていただきます。

◆主な業務内容

・人事関連諸規程の作成および改廃、法改正対応、労使協定締結

・HR Operations (人事諸手続・勤怠・給与・安全衛生管理等)の運用/改善を含む社員エクスペリエンスの向上)

・労務対応

・衛生委員会運営

・健康診断、メンタルヘルスケア、社員面談等

必須スキル

・大卒以上

・5年以上のHR Operationsにおいての実務経験

・HR Operationsにおいて、現状の業務分析を行い、自ら労務業務プロセスの改善提案、実行してきた経験

・HR Operationsにおいてプロジェクト/チームマネジメントした経験

・HR Operationsにおいてシステム構築を含むオペレーション構築の経験

・HR OperationsにおいてSaaSの導入やITサービスを活用した経験

・人事DXの推進

・People Managementの経験

・音楽事業に興味関心が高い方

・ビジネスレベルの英語または韓国語
