業務内容
領収書、請求書、財務関連書類のスキャン、整理、管理
会計・税務・管理業務に関するDivinaとの連絡および調整
デジタルおよび紙ベースのファイル管理・整理
銀行口座およびクレジットカード管理を含む財務関連業務のサポート
各種税務関連書類の準備など、税務補助業務
契約書のファイリングや書類調整など、法務関連(リーガルアドジャセント)業務のサポート

勤務形態:ハイブリッド勤務
入社後は対面でのオンボーディングを実施します。オンボーディング後は、週1回以上の渋谷でのチーム同期を行い、残りは柔軟にリモート勤務が可能です。
期間:最低3ヶ月以上
報酬:個人のプロフィールに応じて決定します。ご希望により大学の単位認定にも対応可能です。
