職務内容

・ビジネス課題に応じた分析アプローチやAIプロダクトの提案、ステークホルダーとの合意形成

・データサイエンスプロジェクトの推進と、期限内での成果提供

・プロジェクト計画段階での成果基準設定と、終了時の評価・説明(シニアマネジメント含む)

・分析結果のフィードバックを反映した継続的改善サイクルの構築

・機械学習、自然言語処理、非構造化データ分析によるプロトタイプ開発

・レセプトや電子カルテ等リアルワールドデータを活用したペイシェントジャーニー分析

・顧客データを活用したコマーシャル施策の分析・改善

・OJTや研修を通じたデータサイエンス人材育成、組織力向上への貢献

・AI倫理・ガバナンスを考慮したモデル設計・構築

理想の人材

・データサイエンス、コンピュータサイエンス、統計学等の修士号または同等の学位

・大規模データを用いた機械学習・データエンジニアリングの経験(5年以上)

・Pythonを用いた豊富なプログラミング経験、統計解析・機械学習・自然言語処理の知識

・AWS/Azure等クラウドサービスの利用経験、Hadoop/Spark等の分散処理経験

・アジャイル開発経験(スクラム/JIRA/Confluence等)

・日本語ビジネスレベル、英語リーディング・ライティング(必須)、英会話力あれば尚可

■Preferred Skills(歓迎要件)

・製薬業界におけるリアルワールドデータを用いた分析経験

・データサイエンス関連プロジェクトの企画・マネジメント経験

・人材育成経験(OJTや教育プログラムを通じた後進育成)

・統計モデリング、シミュレーション、予測分析の実務経験

What's On Offer

・給与:年1回昇給、賞与年2回

・諸手当:通勤、住宅、時間外勤務 等

・勤務地:東京(将来的に異動の可能性あり)

・就業時間:本社 9:00〜17:30(拠点により異なる)
