職位概要
・エイエムオー・ジャパン株式会社及び/又はジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソン株式会社ビジョンケアカンパニーの品質マネジメントシステムが適切に定められ、運用され、遵守されることに重点をおき、社内における品質システムプロセスの構築、維持、改善活動をリードする。
・関連する規制・基準や社内規定(J&J Corporate Standard及びJJ Vision Franchise 要件等)を遵守し、担当する品質システムプロセスについてSubject Matter Expert(以下、SME)として国内外の関係者と協業して運用を行なうとともに、行政監査等においては対応をリードする。
・必要に応じて三役等の法定責任者を担当し、行政への報告、交渉、折衝を実施する。
・製造販売業者として、市場に出荷する製品の品質及び安全性を確保するとともに、国内及び海外製造所における製造管理・品質管理に係わる活動を管理する。
職務及び責務
・医療機器、医薬品及び医薬部外品の製造販売業者としての遵守事項(日本の関連法規)及び、J&J Corporate Standard及びJJSV/JJVC Franchise 要件に適合すべく、品質マネジメントシステム及び業態の維持・管理・改善・啓発・リードを行なう。
・SMEとして担当する品質システムプロセスの構築、維持、改善のリードを行なう。
・品質目標(QRC 部門目標)を理解し、自グループの目標及び測定指標の設定に参画し、行動を計画、実行、それに伴いチームをリードする。
・新製品導入及び製品販売終了活動において、品質保証に係る活動を取りまとめる。
・内部監査及びサプライヤー監査に主任監査員として参画する。
・製品の品質に影響を与えるおそれのある製造方法、試験方法等の変更について適正に評価し、情報の共有及び変更に必要な対応を実施する。
・法規制及び社内手順に基づく文書(製品標準書、品質標準書、リスクマネジメント評価書、包装仕様、資材規格等)の制改訂、及び適切な状態での維持・管理を行なう。またGlobalの規定及び手順書に基き、日本における規定、手順書を作成し、内容に不整合がないことを確認する。
・国内外の製造業者と連携し、製造業における品質改善活動の指示、サポートを実施、リードする。
・回収/改修の措置等、国内品質業務運営責任者/品質保証責任者のサポートを適切に行い、回収処理対策委員会として回収作業を遅滞なく実行する。なお必要に応じて行政への報告、交渉、折衝などを実施する。
・監督官庁による査察、JJRC(Johnson & Johnson Regulatory Compliance)監査、Franchise 監査の準備、実施、監査後の対応を担当し、必要に応じて対応全体のリードを担う。
・法規制/基準/手順の遵守を含む品質の重要性に関する社内啓発活動を実践する。
・その他、品質保証チームの一員として、品質マネジメントシステム及び品質保証に係る業務全般のリードを行なう。
経験及び教育
【経験】
・医療機器/医薬品/医薬部外品業界における品質保証または品質管理分野での業務経験が望ましい。品質保証責任者、若しくは国内品質業務運営責任者の経験があれば尚可。
・医薬品医療機器等法、GQP、QMS、GMP省令に関する知識を持つ
・中級以上のPCスキル(Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等のソフトウェアの基本機能を、指導なしで使用できる程度)を有する
【教育】
・大学卒業以上又はそれと同等の資格。理系学部(物理学、化学、生物学、工学、情報学、金属学、電気学、機械学、薬学、医学又は歯学)に関する専門の課程を修了した者が望ましい。薬剤師免許があれば尚可
・英語力(TOEIC 600以上と同等レベル)
