You will take ownership of testing strategy, automation design, and continuous QA process optimization, ensuring our web and mobile applications are reliable, consistent, and built to scale.
Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers across the team, you will analyze current QA workflows, identify improvement areas, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and coverage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building smarter systems, not just running tests.Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards across projects
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, iOS, and Android applications, taking full ownership from design and development through maintenance and operation
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and coverage goals early in the development cycle
- Analyze existing QA workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process or tooling enhancements
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing where appropriate to ensure userfacing reliability
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, reliable delivery
- Document QA procedures, coverage reports, and improvement proposals clearly and consistently
- Use AIbased testing tools and frameworks to optimize regression coverage and reporting efficiency
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and advocate for continuous improvement across the engineering organization
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of QA or software testing experience for web and/or mobile applications
- Handson experience building automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
- API testing experience
- Proven experience writing, maintaining, and operating automation test scripts, not just executing them
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with bug tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
