事業拡大に伴い、商品展開を継続的に行っていくため、食品に関する微生物制御および製造工程に精通したエキスパートを募集します。
このポジションでは、品質保証活動のうち、商品の微生物関連業務、食品安全のための分析業務、製造委託先の管理etcをリードし、おいしい/かんたん/からだにいいを実現する商品展開に貢献していただきます。

業務内容
- 食品安全および深い微生物関連知識を活用した、最適な製品仕様の実現
- 微生物リスクの抽出
- 製品規格(微生物関連)の設計
- 微生物制御手法の確立
- 各種分析業務
- 商品カテゴリ例:パン、カップ麺、クッキー、その他新カテゴリ
- 深い微生物関連知識を活用した、最適な製造環境管理手法の確立
- ロングライフ製品の生産に適した製造環境の要件明確化
- 持続可能な環境管理手法の検証と確立
- AI活用などの最先端技術による、迅速化および精度向上の検証
- 製造委託先訪問のうえでの衛生関連指導

・残業評価給 140,967円~216,834円(※)
※1ヶ月45時間の時間外労働割増賃金の額を目安として設定し、時間外労働割増賃金および深夜労働割増賃金の固定払いとして支給
