Our Team
弊社海外工場生産のコネクタ製品を対象に国内及び海外のお客様からの品質問い合わせ対応を行って頂きます。
以下は代表的な業務の流れとなります。
- お客様や社内海外工場とのコミュニケーション(メール/電話)
- お客様および物流倉庫にあるサンプルの処置対応
- お客様から返却されたサンプルの現象確認
- 海外工場から届いた報告書の精査/翻訳
- 顧客への報告書の提出
また上記に伴い、弊社製造品質を向上させ、顧客監査対応を含めた顧客満足に貢献する活動を行って頂きます。
また関係部門をリードし、製品品質及び業務プロセス品質の向上や品質システム推進(トラブルの未然防止・再発防止、業務プロセス品質の向上)を行います。
弊社海外工場は、中国、韓国、ベトナム、マレーシア、インド、シンガポールなど多岐に渡ります。
品質保証本部 Japan CQAグループは、国内拠点を主としながらも、グローバル拠点との交流を積極的に行っております。事業部の製造工場は、国内は鹿児島、静岡、また海外は中国、韓国、ベトナム、マレーシア、インド、シンガポール等にあり、各工場の品質エンジニアと協働して、製造品質の向上を図っています。
品質保証本部は、新製品の立ち上げ品質にかかわるAQP(Advanced Quality Planning)、品質システム・品質情報の管理にかかわるQE(Quality Excellence)、サプライヤー供給品の品質にかかわるSQA(Supplier Quality Assurance)、さまざまな改善活動を推進するQuality Task Forceといった異なるファンクションを持つチームがあります。
What You Will Do
弊社海外工場生産のコネクタ製品を対象に国内及び海外のお客様からの品質問い合わせ対応を行って頂きます。
以下は代表的な業務の流れとなります。
- お客様や社内海外工場とのコミュニケーション(メール/電話)
- お客様および物流倉庫にあるサンプルの処置対応
- お客様から返却されたサンプルの現象確認
- 海外工場から届いた報告書の精査/翻訳
- 顧客への報告書の提出
また上記に伴い、弊社製造品質を向上させ、顧客監査対応を含めた顧客満足に貢献する活動を行って頂きます。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 関係者(仕入先、社内関連部署、弊社顧客)と積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 海外とのやり取りが必須であるため、英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 関係者と協働して主体的に業務に取り組める方
- Outlook, Excel, Power Point、Word、SAPを使用
- 高等専門学校以上
- 日本語: ビジネス上級レベル
- 英語: ビジネスレベル
