Responsibilities:
Lead QA delivery across multiple projects, managing priorities, budgets, and resources.
Define and execute testing phases:
Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
Monitor quality metrics, track defects, and implement preventive measures.
Mentor and develop QA team members, promoting best practices and growth.
Enhance automation frameworks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and report testing progress to management.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a QA/Test Manager in complex, cross-functional environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), cloud technologies, and automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with API testing and QA tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Japanese:
High Intermediate (N3 or above) / English: Advanced
