Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) 部門では、年間数億にのぼる商品をお客様とお約束したお届け日に安全かつ正確にお届けすべく、日本全国のAmazon物流拠点を結ぶ大規模な幹線輸送ネットワークを構築・運営しています。1日5,000運行を超えるこの複雑なネットワーク運営の中核を担うRelay Operation Center (ROC) において、幹線輸送における品質を管理するQuality Management (QM) チームのメンバーを募集します。
ROC QMチームは以下の3つの機能を有し、それぞれの品質水準を高めることで、お客様に最上のサービスを提供します。
(1) 幹線輸送(出荷拠点から配達拠点まで)における輸送期日遵守率の品質管理・改善
期日順守率全体の数値管理を行います。また輸送キャパシティや拠点での処理能力を超過することで発生する貨物の滞留への初動対応、および中期的な対応精度の向上と最適化に取り組みます。
(2) ネットワーク拡大や時季的要因で変動する遅延リスクに対する幹線トラック定刻運行の品質管理・改善
トラックの運行は、大型連休や物流の繁閑期、気象条件、交通事故など、様々な要因の影響を受けます。このような環境下において、社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、輸送品質の安定的な維持・向上を実現します。
(3) 天候災害発生時(台風・大雪など)の品質維持と早期回復に向けたプロセス管理
自然災害が配送網に与える影響を予測・分析し、お客様へのお届け予定日時の調整や配送網の復旧オペレーションを指揮します。また、災害対応プロセスの構築や改善を通じて、安定した配送サービスを実現します。

Key job responsibilities
- チームのイニシアティブを理解して、担当する業務領域におけるプロジェクトを推進する。
- 管理指標やデータを分析することで現状の課題を見出し、解消のためのアクションやKPIを策定・実行する。
- 業務プロセス上の異常を検知し、要因分析と改善に向けた対応を実施する。
