チーム概要
ROC QMチームの主な機能は以下の通りです。
1. 幹線輸送(出荷拠点から配達拠点まで)で発生するトラックの出発遅延や着車遅延、貨物の積み残しに対する輸送品質の管理
2. お盆や年末年始などで発生する渋滞に対する輸送リードタイムのモニタリングと修正
3. 天候災害発生時 (台風・大雪など) の品質維持と早期回復に向けたプロセス管理
上記の品質水準を高めることで、お客様に最上のサービスを提供します。
職務内容
本ポジションでは数名で構成される地域毎のチームのなかでチーム概要の「1」にある幹線輸送における輸送品質管理の業務を担っていただきます。具体的には以下のような業務があります。
- 担当エリアにおけるデリバリー拠点への貨物遅延のモニタリング、原因分析とDailyでのリカバリ対応
- 継続的な貨物遅延に対する中長期的な施策の立案と実行、および効果測定
- 上記を実施するための業務フローの見直しや標準プロセスの整備

- 業務プロセス上の異常を検知し、要因分析と改善に向けた対応を実施する。

Basic Qualifications:
