■ ポジション概要
Service Delivery本部に所属し、SAP Concur製品の導入および活用支援を行うチームの一員として、企業の業務改革・効率化を支援するプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。
■ ミッション・目的
- クライアントの業務プロセス改善と改革を支援し、部門および企業全体の価値向上に貢献する
- サービス品質の向上と業務プロセスの効率化に資する仕組みづくりに関与する
- 新機能・製品・導入アプローチの情報収集・検証・社内共有を担う
■ 主な業務内容(例)
- 導入済みまたは導入中の企業の業務改善支援
- クライアントの業務効率化・ツール活用の提案・サポート
- 国内外の導入事例/ナレッジの収集・整理
- 社内資料の作成(業務マニュアル、提案資料、トレーニング資料など)
- 会議準備・議事録作成などのプロジェクト運営支援
- 顧客向けサービスに関するオペレーション業務の補助
■ 配属部署・働く環境
- Service Delivery部門は、SAP Concur製品の導入・運用コンサルティングを専門とするチームです。
- 大手エンタープライズ企業とのプロジェクトを通して、プロジェクトマネジメント、業務設計、課題解決力を実践的に学べます。
- グローバル展開している製品のため、海外チームとの協働や英語使用の機会もあり。
- リモートと出社のハイブリッド勤務(東京大手町・丸の内オフィス)
※希望によりフルリモート勤務も可能です。
■ 勤務条件
- 1年以上の継続勤務が可能な方
- 週3日以上、安定して勤務できる方(勤務曜日・時間帯は相談可)
- 就業時間は原則、平日9:00~18:00の範囲

- コンサルティングやITに強い関心と学習意欲がある方
- 英語の読み書きに抵抗のない方(会話力があれば尚可)
