【職務内容】
DXYZ(ディクシーズ)は、顔認証プラットフォーム
「FreeiD」を展開しております。
デジタル技術で人々の生活を豊かにすることを目指し、
顔認証サービスを通じて温もりある未来の実現を目指します。
FreeiDおよびプロダクト群の機能を深く理解し、顧客課題と結びつけた提案を行います。
ターゲットリストの作成やアウトバウンドアプローチ、意思決定者へのアプローチも含まれます。
顧客課題の深堀りや商談設計、複数ステークホルダーを巻き込む提案も行います。
利益志向のクロージングや失注回避施策の実行、
KPI設定・達成、営業プロセスの標準化なども重要な業務です。
【具体的には】
・ FreeiDおよびプロダクト群の機能・価値構造を深く理解し、顧客課題と結びつけた提案
・ ターゲットリストの自走生成およびアウトバウンドアプローチ(架電/訪問/紹介)
・ 意思決定者(経営層・部門長等)へのアプローチ
・ 顧客課題の深堀りと商談設計(仮説提案)
・ 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込む提案および提案階数の最大化
・ 利益志向のクロージングおよび失注回避施策の実行
・ KPI設定・達成(架電数・提案数・接触率等)
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ アウトバウンド型の新規開拓営業経験3年以上
・ 決裁者アプローチの実績(企業規模問わず)
・ リスト作成~アポ~提案~クロージングの一貫対応が可能
・ 成果主義環境で上位20%の成績を継続的に達成してきた実績
・ 行動KPI管理(架電数・提案数等)が習慣化している
・ 第一線で成果を出す推進力・体力・学習意欲

・ 高単価商材(500万~3000万円)の提案経験
・ 営業組織の立ち上げ・標準化の経験
・ コンサルティング型提案の経験
【給与】
年収1000~1250万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
