【仕事内容】

Park Place Technologiesが提供する自社製品のポートフォリオや、販売戦略、お客様に対して価値提案を明確にする方法についトレーニングを受けていただきます。
顧客、見込み客へのコールドコール、メールを用いてのコミュニケーション、オンライン会議への招待、ソーシャルメディアなどのプロスペクティング手法を活用して、新たな担当者を発掘し、セールスチームと連携して商談発掘のためのオンラインMTGを設定します。
当社のセールスエンゲージメントツール、顧客関係管理システム、社内リソースや、見込み顧客の確認方法や、その他のツールの使用方法に関するトレーニングを受けていただきます。
ターゲットを絞った見込み客リストの作成方法、アウトバウンドメッセージの作成方法、インフルエンサーと主要な意思決定者の特定方法、および Park Place Technology が新規および追加のビジネスを獲得する機会の発見方法を学習します。
テクノロジー、セールススキル、模擬プロスペクティングエンゲージメントをカバーする毎日のトレーニングセッションに参加し、当社のビジネスと適格な販売機会を特定する方法について理解を深めます。
社内外の顧客をサポートするために、組織のさまざまな部分がどのように連携しているかを学んでいただきます。
強力な組織スキルを開発し、毎日の活動を管理して、定義されたパフォーマンス メトリックを達成します。

【必要な資格:


6か月以上の関連経験(カスタマーサービス、営業、ビジネス開発、マーケティング、リードジェネレーション、および/または見込み客開拓)
学士号取得者大歓迎
営業またはコールドコールの経験者大歓迎
実績と課外活動の実績がある安定した職歴
収益目標と報酬の達成を促進するための、比類のない労働倫理と回復力(逆境や拒絶に対処する能力)
日本語で流暢に話し、書き、ビジネス日本語を効率的に使用できる(JLPT N1 または同等)

Sales Development Associate


As a Sales Development Associate (SDA), you should be enthusiastic about learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads for our sales teams.

This role is a precursor to being promoted to a Business Development Representative where you will receive continuing sales education, learn how to prospect for the different selling departments at Park Place Technologies, and gain more insight into all of the products and services we offer our prospective and existing customers.

Time in the Sales Development Associate role is generally 3 to 4 months. Interest in relocation, a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning about Park Place Technologies, our portfolio of offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers.

Leveraging prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for members of our different sales teams.

Receiving training on how to use our sales engagement tools, our customer relationship management system, internal resources, as well as other tools for identifying and engaging potential customers.

Learning how to build targeted prospecting lists, craft outbound messaging, identify influencers and key decision makers, and discover opportunities for Park Place Technology to earn new and additional business.

Participating in daily training sessions covering technology, sales skills, and mock prospecting engagements to develop your understanding of our business and how to identify qualified selling opportunities.

Learning how different parts of the organization work together to support our internal and external customers.
Developing strong organizational skills and managing your daily active to achieve defined performance metrics.
Other duties and activities as assigned.

What You Need To Pass Go

6 months related experience (customer service, sales, business development, marketing, lead generation and/or prospecting).
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Prior sales or cold calling experience, preferred
Stable work history with a history of accomplishment and extra-curricular activities
Unparalleled work ethic and resiliency (ability to handle adversity/rejection) to drive revenue goals and your compensation
Speak and write fluently in Japanese, can use business Japanese efficiently (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
