パークプレイスサービスに関する学んだ知識を活用し、お客様の反論や異論を乗り越え、理解を得る
営業サイクルを活用し、コールドコールやLinkedIn Sales Navigator、メールなどのソーシャルセリングを通じて、見込み客を獲得する。
プロフェッショナルなCRMデータベースを活用するスキルを身につける
営業職でキャリアを築くための適切な基礎と手法を学ぶ
どのようなことを行うか?:
営業手法、模擬電話セッション、スキルトレーニング、その他さまざまなテーマでの毎週のトレーニングに参加
見込み客へのアプローチ手法やプロスペクティング・テクニックを学び、それを実践して信頼関係を構築
CRMやその他のソフトウェアを活用し、アカウントマネージャー向けのリードを創出
リードジェネレーションのためのリサーチと継続的な見込み客の発掘
お客様とのWeb会議の調整と参加
優れたカスタマーサービスを提供し、良好なビジネス関係と顧客関係の維持
アカウントマネージャーや他の営業スタッフをサポートし、チームメンバーと効果的にコミュニケーションを図る
