【職務概要】
SAS Japan のセールス部門における6ヶ月のインターンシップとなります。
SASにおけるセールス組織は、企業内のビジネス課題をデータ/AIを活用した解決策を提案し、ご導入頂くための一連の活動をリードし、推進する業務となります。
SAS社内外の多くのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図り、求めるゴールに向けてリード、調整を行います。
また日々顧客に寄り添いながら、顧客課題のヒアリングや課題の理解・整理を行います。顧客との高いエンゲージメントを形成する人間力と、同時にロジカルシンキングに課題を整理し解決策を模索する問題解決能力が必要になります。
今回のポジションにおいては、部門全体の営業活動の戦略的な高度化、効率化を行うための営業企画業務に取り組んで頂くことを含みます。特に、クライアントのエグゼクティブへのエンゲージメントを高めるためのプログラム設計、ローンチ、モニタリングなどを含みます。
【必須条件】
好奇心、熱意、誠実、責任がSASの原則であり、選考において求められる要素となります
日本語での論理的な読み書きと話す力がある方
英語のビデオ・トレーニングや製品ドキュメントの読解に抵抗の無い方
アナリティクスの将来に関心がある方
チームで動き、また学習することが好きな方

SAS社内の海外チームとコラボレーションするための英語力
大学やアルバイトなどにおいて一つの目的に向かってチームをリードした経験がある方

時給制:1,840円(交通費込み)
【勤務時間・曜日】六本木ヒルズ オフィス勤務
<<平日・週3日~5日>> 原則9:00~17:00の間で5~7時間/日
(時差勤務の場合は19:00まで調整可能)
【休暇・休日】土日祝日(年末年始なども含め)
【雇用形態】インターン(2026年4~9月、6ヶ月契約)
【その他】社会保険適用 / 雇用保険適用 / 労災適用
