。 このインターンシップ期間中、パークプレイステクノロジーズでは、チャレンジに溢れ、協力的かつ魅力的な体験を提供する準備が整っています。営業職におけるキャリアに重要な基礎スキルとモチベーションを身につけるための主要な学習目標と、インターンシップでの責任を明確にしています。このプログラムを通じて、実践的な経験、グローバルなマインドセット、営業部門のメンター、そしてパークプレイステクノロジーズの営業部門の現場からもトレーニングを得ることが期待できます。
インターンシップの最終段階で行っていただく当社のマネージメントチームに向けたプレゼンテーションの発表で、あなたの頑張りと成果が認められることを実感していただけます。どうぞご心配なく私たちはあなたをしっかりとサポートします。この10週間でプレゼンテーションをスムーズに進められるよう必要な準備を整えるお手伝いをします。
インターンシップ・プログラムの学習目標
- IT組織内の個人とネットワークを築き、関係を構築する能力
- パークプレイスサービスに関する学んだ知識を活用し、お客様の反論や異論を乗り越え、理解を得る
- 営業サイクルを活用し、コールドコールやLinkedIn Sales Navigator、メールなどのソーシャルセリングを通じて、見込み客を獲得する。
- プロフェッショナルなCRMデータベースを活用するスキルを身につける
- 営業職でキャリアを築くための適切な基礎と手法を学ぶ
どのようなことを行うか?:
- 営業手法、模擬電話セッション、スキルトレーニング、その他さまざまなテーマでの毎週のトレーニングに参加
- 見込み客へのアプローチ手法やプロスペクティング・テクニックを学び、それを実践して信頼関係を構築
- CRMやその他のソフトウェアを活用し、アカウントマネージャー向けのリードを創出
- リードジェネレーションのためのリサーチと継続的な見込み客の発掘
- お客様とのWeb会議の調整と参加
- 優れたカスタマーサービスを提供し、良好なビジネス関係と顧客関係の維持
- アカウントマネージャーや他の営業スタッフをサポートし、チームメンバーと効果的にコミュニケーションを図る
- Shoot for Lootや様々なコンテストなどチームビルディングイベントの参加
- 毎週のインターンシップ活動や課題に参加
- その他、割り当てられたタスクや業務への対応

- 1日5回の有意義な会話
- 1日あたり1件のWeb会議の設定または完了
