【職務内容】
新卒でご入社されると、アナリストとしてプロジェクトに携わります。
下記のいずれか (またはいくつか) のコンサルティグ業務において、デリバリーを行います。
① 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
② リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
③ 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスネジメント

当社独自開発のテストで、言語/数値/論理のエレメントがあります。所要時間 約1時間です。
面接選考:
Web (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回40~60分程度) を、4-6回程度実施予定です(フェルミ推定などのケース面接を含みます)
