Job Title: Existing Seller Management (ESM) Representative

The objective of this role is to support existing Brand Owners in utilizing Amazon's key Marketplace Programs, such as A+ content and brand registry, to enhance their SEO and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-potential sellers to adopt programs that improve their performance on the US marketplace
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet/exceed quarterly targets
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to merchants on adopting programs for optimal success on Amazon
  • Enable merchants to master Amazon's tools and systems, making them self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' experience in business roles requiring negotiation with external partners
  • Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel and BI tools
  • Fluent level Japanese, both verbal and written
  • Business level English, both verbal and written

Salary: Competitive salary will be discussed individually prior to the 1st interview

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
