About The Role
We're excited to introduce a newly created role within our Japan Talent Acquisition team - one designed to make a real impact.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be empowered to take ownership of interview scheduling and play a critical role in enabling our recruiters to focus on strategic hiring activities.
This is a unique opportunity to help design and implement processes that reduce administrative burden and improve overall team efficiency.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage interview scheduling across a wide range of roles - from entry-level to senior leadership - ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Take initiative to design and implement scheduling workflows and coordination structures that improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.
Support hiring and onboarding logistics such as training coordination and calendar management for new hires.
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
Deliver high-quality work by following established procedures while contributing ideas to improve them.
