The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging directly with clients.
What You'll DoConduct regular in-person visits with retail partners, sports academies, and training centers, as well as direct-to-consumer events and activations.
Present and demonstrate sports tech products to prospective and existing customers across both channels- B2B and B2C.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local accounts, distributors, and consumers.
Support product launches, promotions, and educational sessions tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with national goals for both business and consumer markets.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to market expansion across retail, institutional, and direct channels.
Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely updates.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
Participate in monthly office meetings and team reviews.
Share insights from the field to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
What You'll Bring
2-4 years of sales experience, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
Comfortable working independently and traveling.
Passion for sports - especially golf or baseball - is a strong plus.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
