You will serve as a Tech Lead for the company's core learning platform.
Responsibilities include leading complex development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical decisions that shape the platform's future.
This role provides the opportunity to tackle large-scale challenges in an emerging domain while working alongside highly skilled engineers, including members with global tech-company backgrounds.

Salary
¥7,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 per year
(12 equal monthly payments)
Stock options and sign-on bonus may be provided depending on the grade at the time of joining.

Qualifications
Required:
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of software development experience
Excellent communication skills in Japanese (N2 or above, business level required) or English
Preferred:
Experience leading development teams or projects
Strong interest in building software related to learning or memory
Experience in one or more of the following:
Large-scale web development using TypeScript
Mobile app development (Android/iOS) with deep technical knowledge
Backend development using Scala
Product development using C++
