The service is a Contract Management Platform that enables contracts to be seamlessly and entirely digitized, from execution to management and AI review. It allows for smooth and secure contract execution through electronic signatures and time stamps compliant with the Electronic Signature Act. In 2023, it became the first general-purpose electronic contract service in Japan to launch a 'My Number Card Signature' feature. Furthermore, by actively adopting AI technology, such as AI contract management and AI review support services, it achieves overall time reduction in contract operations. It is the No. 1 service in the electronic contract market, widely adopted by companies and local governments.*

【Introduction to the Recruiting Department】

・Product Engineering Division, Engineer Team

This team is responsible for the development of the Contract Management Platform. They drive product development, including new products, feature development, and feature improvements, by collaborating with the business division.

To further accelerate this significant business growth, strengthening the engineering organization is essential.

Therefore, the company is recruiting a Front End Engineer to leverage their extensive development experience and contribute to strengthening the foundation that supports the product, resolving technical debt, and advancing the technical strategy from a high-level perspective.

【Your Role】

You will be responsible for frontend development within the Contract Management Platform.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will gain a complete understanding of the service's overall architecture and then provide technical leadership.

■Responsibilities

・Service requirements definition, design, implementation, and project management.

・Resolution of technical challenges.

・Code review.

・Support for Customer Support.

・Improvement and optimization of business processes.

・Long-term technical selection, and formulation/execution of technical strategy.

・Development leadership (e.g., code review).

・Talent development (promoting member growth from a technical perspective).

■Development Structure and Methodology

Product development is carried out by Scrum teams composed of members spanning various functions, including engineers, designers, and PdMs (Product Managers).

Each team is organized with about 10 members and proceeds according to its respective development theme, such as feature development or engineering improvement (backend/frontend).

Experience in front-end development using modern technologies (5+ years)

Experience working on a single product for over one year

Experience in roles such as development team leader or Tech Lead

Knowledge/experience in Agile/Scrum development

Experience as a team leader, Tech Lead, or in management roles
