The service is a Contract Management Platform that enables contracts to be seamlessly and entirely digitized, from execution to management and AI review. It allows for smooth and secure contract execution through electronic signatures and time stamps compliant with the Electronic Signature Act. In 2023, it became the first general-purpose electronic contract service in Japan to launch a 'My Number Card Signature' feature. Furthermore, by actively adopting AI technology, such as AI contract management and AI review support services, it achieves overall time reduction in contract operations. It is the No. 1 service in the electronic contract market, widely adopted by companies and local governments.*

【Introduction to the Recruiting Department】

This team is responsible for the development of the Contract Management Platform. They drive product development, including new products, feature development, and feature improvements, by collaborating with the business division.

Therefore, the company is recruiting a Full Stack Engineer to leverage their extensive development experience and contribute to strengthening the foundation that supports the product, resolving technical debt, and advancing the technical strategy from a high-level perspective.
【Your Role】
You will be responsible for development within the Contract Management Platform.
You will tackle technical challenges associated with business growth, in addition to development duties such as various product/feature development related to electronic contracts and transaction processes, architectural improvement, and security enhancement. Furthermore, it is expected that you will gain a complete understanding of the service and then specialize in a particular domain, where you will technically lead the team.
【Responsibilities】
・Service requirements definition, design, and implementation.
・Project promotion to ensure smooth releases.

■Development Structure and Methodology
Product development is carried out by Scrum teams composed of members spanning various functions, including engineers, designers, and PdMs (Product Managers).
Each team is organized with about 10 members and proceeds according to its respective development theme, such as feature development or engineering improvement (backend/frontend).

Experience developing web applications using modern technologies (5+ years)
